Job Description: HSM Consultant

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.

· Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in HSM (Hardware Security Module) consulting, implementation, and support.

· Strong knowledge of cryptographic protocols, key management, and security compliance standards.

· Experience integrating HSM solutions with SAP or other enterprise systems (desirable).

· Familiarity with agile methodologies (Jira, Scrum) and IT project management.

· Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Advise clients on the selection, implementation, and optimization of HSM solutions.

· Gather and analyze business and technical requirements related to data security and encryption.

· Design and implement HSM architectures to support secure key management and cryptographic operations.

· Collaborate with SAP and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of HSM solutions.

· Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of HSM deployments.

· Provide training and support to end-users and technical staff on HSM best practices.

· Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSM technologies, cryptographic standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Support incident response and resolution for HSM-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certifications in HSM technologies (e.g., Thales, Utimaco, Entrust).

· Experience with SAP S/4HANA security integration.
