Job Description: SAP Team Leader / Supervisor

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

· Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP consulting and team leadership (modules such as PP, QM, MM, or FI/CO).

· Proven experience managing SAP project teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

· Strong knowledge of SAP project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Scrum, SAP Activate).

· Advanced English proficiency.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise the SAP consulting team, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely project delivery.

· Oversee the management and prioritization of SAP-related projects, enhancements, and support activities.

· Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements.

· Ensure the translation of business needs into functional and technical specifications.

· Coordinate with SAP developers, technical teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to quality and information security standards.

· Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.

· Support the professional development of the SAP team through training and knowledge sharing.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices.

· Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

· SAP certifications.

· Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or other advanced SAP technologies.

· Experience in business process improvement and change management.
